EARLY-STAGE INNOVATION Nada
Nada is a design-led sustainable personal care startup developing a refillable, plastic-free deodorant that eliminates single-use packaging and unnecessary synthetic ingredients. Founded by Laura Meehan after a personal search for a healthier, low-waste alternative, the product uses a refillable cork case and biodegradable components rather than plastic cartridges. A patent-pending refill mechanism means that waste natural material can either biodegrade or be repurposed as a candle melt, replacing packaging waste with natural waste. The concept has won a £10,000 WORTH Partnership Project Award and was exhibited at Milan Design Week for its innovative combination of sustainability, functionality and design. Snapdrum Snapdrum is a cutting-edge AI consultancy transforming how organisations adopt AI by turning experimentation into real-world impact in as little as eight weeks using their unique SNAP + DRUM framework. In its first year, the bootstrapped startup generated revenue over 3× higher than your typical early-stage London-based tech startup, with solutions now supporting over 50,000 users globally with proven results for their customers. Snapdrum has trained more than 25,000 professionals worldwide, to grow and pivot in their careers and helping businesses unlock the practical potential of AI and build future-ready organisations. snapdrum.com Syncity AI Syncity AI is an early-stage SaaS platform helping founders move from working in their business to leading it. Rather than focusing on efficiency, it provides a structured system for strategy, prioritisation, and execution. At its core is a “business brain” supported by AI scouts that continuously surface and assess opportunities across the business. By combining structured thinking with real-time insight, Syncity AI helps founders focus on what matters, align their teams, and build momentum. It is designed to change how small businesses operate, not just how quickly they complete tasks. syncityai.co.uk
