The Workplace Mental Health Method™ Melissa Doman, MA is an organisational psychologist, former therapist, author, and founder of The Workplace Mental Health Method who creates measurable social impact by improving how workplaces talk about, and support mental health. Her work turns mental health “awareness” into action by equipping managers, employees, and teams with practical skills through keynotes, training, and scalable learning programmes to reduce stigma, strengthen psychological safety, and respond effectively to mental health challenges at work. Through inclusive programmes and its vibrant GloHouse hub, it uses creativity to build confidence, improve wellbeing, and foster a strong sense of belonging. Since launching, it has reached over 50 families and 80 young people through taster sessions, with ongoing programmes running at full capacity. Diagnosed with autism, dyspraxia, and dyslexia, he turned lived experience of exclusion into a mission to change systems, not people. Through 350+ sessions, training, strategy, audits, coaching, and public speaking, he has helped organisations improve communication, recruitment, manager capability, ,[and workplace culture.
